Dr. Chelsea believes that education is a means of strenghtening individuals and helping communities to thrive. Her believes are rooted in Five Points of Value — People, Purpose, Persistence, Progress, and Prayer. She provides mentorship, training, and storytelling experiences that strengthen educators from PreK through college. Through her Five Points of Value, she helps educational communities flourish so they can nurture and elevate the generations to come.

Dr. Chelsea Foster is the Founder and CEO of Refreshing Educators, a support network for preservice and novice educators. In addition to having certifications in Spanish, ESL, English, and History teacher, she is a credentialed and experienced school administrator and Human Resource Manager who has served on Boards, participated in several accreditation teams, and helped organizations and individuals to navigate micro and macro changes. She understands the unique dynamics of education in the traditional public school, charter school and private school sectors. Her doctoral research and expertise has focused on identifying ways that educational leaders can provide sound educational opportunities for marginalized communities despite political, economic and race challenges. Dr. Chelsea is also a published author, a writing coach, and a proud alumna of the following institutions: West Chester University, the University of Puerto Rico, LaSalle University, Villanova University and Eastern University. Dr. Chelsea lives with her husband and four young adult children in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.
